Conformal cooling principle


The cooling of plastic products during injection molding is mainly done by the mold cooling water circuit. However, the traditional cooling water circuit is manufactured by machining processes such as milling machines. The water path can only be a cylindrical straight hole, which cannot be completely close to the surface of the injection molded part, and the cooling efficiency is low and the cooling is uneven. , resulting in a long injection cycle and a large amount of product deformation.


The 3D printed conformal waterway can be any shape and any cross section. By changing the shape and cross section, the contoured waterway can be evenly arranged to achieve a faster and more uniform cooling effect.

Processing technology

2. If the waterway is blocked, use the special cleaning equipment for the waterway to clean.
